A series of strategic presentations designed to support Servier’s data and digital transformation. The service offer was built through dozens of interviews conducted across the organisation—DDSI, Marketing, R&D, and international affiliates—to capture needs, align perspectives, and structure a clear, shared narrative used by leadership and teams.

Lengow needed a clear, persuasive and structured sales deck to support commercial discussions with brands and retailers. The challenge was to explain a complex e-commerce and automation platform (marketplaces, feeds, performance, ROI) in a way that is immediately understandable and compelling for business decision-makers.
